Very little is known about what Jackie's life was like, except that she lived in Delaware and had just turned 13 in 1967 (Indicating she was born in 1954)

Sometime in 1967, when she had just turned 13, Jackie was murdered by George Harvey. Her body was later found in a drainage canal near a road. It is possible to tell that she was playing with her ball when George approached her.
